Where Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
Estimated Transit Times (USA)
USPS First Class
For packages weighing 13 oz. or less. Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days. Delivery times may vary.
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days with full tracking. Delivery times are not guaranteed; 80% accuracy.
USPS Priority Express Mail
Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days with tracking. Please note this is not a guaranteed service. We cannot refund postage costs for delays.
UPS Ground & FedEx Ground
Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days with tracking. Delivery times are not guaranteed; 80% accuracy.
UPS and FedEx rates are higher due to carrier surcharge fees.
Mail Forwarding
We ship worldwide and strive for successful delivery. However, if a mail forwarding service is used, we cannot guarantee delivery to the forwarded address as it is outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to certain destinations. These limitations will be noted on product listings.
Signature Requirements
- Orders over $200, or those shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, require a signature upon delivery. This policy cannot be waived.
- Orders under $200 generally do not require a signature, but you may request this option at checkout.
- USPS International shipping does not allow signature confirmation.
If you would like to coordinate a specific delivery or pickup time, we will provide courier contact details once your package has shipped. Missed deliveries will result in further attempts or an option for local pickup. If you wish to delay shipment, please contact us before your order leaves our warehouse.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within one hour of placement. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to assist.
Delays and Tracking Issues
Transit times are estimates and delays occur frequently. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs for late deliveries. Sometimes couriers experience tracking delays. If a domestic package has not updated for over 7 days, please contact the courier. If a package is deemed lost, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
Undelivered Packages
If the courier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. You should also contact your local courier office for GPS delivery details. Please allow up to one week for the package to turn up before contacting us.
All orders are documented before shipment to prevent errors. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for any issues. Verified claims will be reshipped at our expense.
Damaged Items: Please contact us with photos for verification. Upon approval, a replacement will be shipped.
Claims regarding weight, concentration, or quality must be supported with photos and/or samples. Approved claims will be replaced.
Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered): Claims may be filed between 2–7 days after delivery.
Lost Package (In Transit): For U.S. shipments, claims may be filed between 10–30 days after the last tracking update.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of delivery for unopened, unadulterated, and properly stored products. Some items (e.g., temperature-sensitive goods) are not eligible. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the item is returned and verified.
Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 90 days of delivery for assistance.
Chargebacks: Any chargeback or bounced checks will result in temporary suspension from purchasing until resolved. Please contact us to resolve payment issues.
